SEQATLAS LTD is developing SeqAtlas, a Mac application for researchers exploring genomes, designing constructs and interpreting sequence results.
The aim is to connect maps and annotations with practical analysis tools, from extracting a coding sequence to checking the reads from a finished construct. Core analyses run locally on the user’s Mac.
From browser to Mac
The earlier SeqAtlas browser interface introduced the development examples shown on this site. The Mac application continues that focus on sequence context and practical research tools.
