SEQATLAS FOR MAC

Currently in development

The application is being developed and tested ahead of its first public release.

Development stage

No public application download, trial, account registration or subscription checkout is available on this website.

The application we’re building

SeqAtlas brings genome and plasmid exploration, sequence editing, primers, cloning plans and result review into the same Mac workspace. Core analyses run locally, including searches against local reference sequences.

The capabilities page describes the development build: supported sequence and annotation inputs, CDS and protein extraction, assembly tools, Sanger review, CRISPR guide analysis, codon tools and export.

Development images

The screenshots are genuine examples of the work. Captions identify development views and the earlier browser interface. Older screenshots illustrate the sequence tools and do not represent the final Mac appearance.

What comes before public release

The next stage is to prepare the application for distribution and make its supported scope clear:

Development priorities and the final release scope may change. Future availability will be announced here; no release date, subscription price or trial duration is being promised.

Inputs and interpretation

A format accepted by one tool may not be supported by every other tool. Annotation-dependent features need appropriate source annotations and matching sequence records. Analyses and predictions have method-specific limits.

Research use

SeqAtlas is being developed for research use. It is not intended for clinical diagnosis or treatment. Analysis and design outputs require independent checks and experimental validation.
